WHAT HAPPENS IN MY COACHING ADVISORY SESSION?
You speak directly with our Success Coach, Lyo Reneau, about your unique talents, where you’re currently successful, and where you feel there is room to develop.
We discuss your vision for impacting others: Your desire to coach is likely fueled by a lifetime of supporting, enhancing, solving, and mediating. We want to see what is possible with professional coaching training.
We discuss, in detail, our Impactful Coaching and other coaching programs: What you get, how long it takes, what preparation or previous experience is needed, and how Impactful Coaching compares to others.
We discuss what’s possible and what you could do with Impactful Coaching: the practical application of your new skill, where and how you could make money, and steps to professionalize your coaching.
Then, and only if it makes sense, we discuss next steps to joining Impactful Coaching: We recognize that not everyone is ready for Impactful Coaching. You will leave with a clear understanding of whether this is for you or when it would make the most impact in your life.
The Advisory Session is a completely complementary conversation: There is absolutely no charge. No pressure.
I spend a lot of time coaching in my work. This course exploded my knowledge, and interest in what effective coaching entails and looks like. The Momentum folks walk the walk of coaching so humbly and powerfully. The impact of the class started on day one for me, and it will last last long into the future, which I am completely grateful for.
In this course, I learned how to hone my natural abilities, added other skills and left this class filled with confidence and excitement about what I can offer to others.
Impactful Coaching created an opportunity for me to become more self aware. Society is always telling us who we should be and we adapt to it, finding ourselves uninspired, unfulfilled and uncertain about the path forward. Impactful Coaching cleared the clutter and noise to make room for what my next.
