COACHING PHILOSOPHY
At Momentum Education we believe that coaching is a process of discovery and support that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’. We are not considering the ‘coach as an expert’ but, instead, the coach as a facilitator of discovery through inquiry and possibility. We support our clients in opening up a perspective that moves them forward from their present thinking to a “place” where they experience themselves as empowered, and take purposeful committed action consistent with what matters to them.
